ZN141A VAV Zone Controller with Actuator

ZN141A VAV Zone Controller with Actuator

The Automated Logic ZN141A is a fully programmable, native BACnet Advanced Application Controller designed for zone-level temperature and air quality control in pressure-independent variable air volume (VAV) applications. Its pre-engineered control algorithms are designed to reduce energy consumption, extend actuator life, and improve occupant comfort.

The ZN141A communicates over an EIA-485 network using BACnet MS/TP or BACnet ARC156 and integrates with the WebCTRL building automation system. EIKON graphical programming software allows custom control sequences, while a library of standard control programs supports common zoning applications.

The controller features an integral precision differential pressure sensor and a separable Belimo brushless DC actuator rated at 45 inch-pounds (5 Nm) of torque. The actuator can be mounted up to 300 feet from the controller. The ZN141A supports up to six control points, consisting of four universal inputs, one binary output, and one analog output.
